Reading, Pa. – The Stevens Institute of Technology women's track and field team sits in a tie for 8
th place with 10 points following the first day of competition Friday at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Indoor Championships.
The women's distance medley relay team of
Isabella Gabay,
Anya Sadowski,
Taylor Enes, and
Isabel Vogel finished in fourth place.
In the 5,000 meters,
Kaitlyn Adams posted the Ducks'finished in fifth place, running 18:31.81, moving into third place on the program's all-time list.
The 4x200 meter relay team of
Lauren Alley,
Caitlyn Adamchuk,
Isabella Shanley, and
Stephanie Ryazanova posted the team's final podium finish of the day, running 1:50.38, less than 25 one-hundredths off a Top-6 finish, clocking the sixth-fastest time in program history.
