Hoboken, N.J. – Four members of the Stevens Institute of Technology men's golf team were recognized as Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced Monday afternoon.

Sebastian Beaver,
Noah Eide,
Arav Tank, and
Ben Slicker earned All-America Scholar honors for their achievements both on the course and in the classroom; Beaver receives the third such accolade of his career, while Slicker earns the honor for the second straight year.
The quartet adds this honor to a list that already includes Academic All-Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) recognition (for all four) from early July and a MAC Freedom Championship, the sixth in a row for the Ducks, from late April, during which Beaver, Eide, Tank, and Slicker all finished among the Top 5 individuals over the two rounds of competition.
In total, 261 student-athletes from 95 Division III institutions earned 2025–26 GCAA All-America Scholar honors, with the Ducks among just 29 schools with at least four recipients.
To qualify for the Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar recognition, a student-athlete must:
- Be a sophomore, junior, or senior academically and athletically (or in their final year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA)
- Compete in at least 50% of their team's competitive rounds
- Maintain a stroke average under 79.0 in NCAA Division III
- Hold a minimum cumulative career GPA of 3.2
- Be of high moral character and in good standing at their institution
