NEW YORK, N.Y. - Sophomore forward Roy Goldstein scored a game-high 27 points as Yeshiva University earned a 64-37 victory over Stevens Institute of Technology on Monday night in a Skyline Conference game at the Max Stern Athletic Center.

Yeshiva (13-8, 8-5 Skyline) limited Stevens (11-12, 7-6 Skyline) to just 15 second-half points.  The 37-point output was the Ducks' lowest of the season.  Stevens shot just 23.6 percent (13-for-55) for the game and just 18.5 percent in the second half.  Yeshiva shot 57.5 percent (23-for-40) for the game, connecting on over 57 percent in each half.

Stevens faced a 26-10 deficit with 6:22 left in the first half, but used a 12-0 run to climb back within four points.  Yeshiva scored the final four points of the first half to open up a 30-22 halftime lead.  Goldstein scored 16 of the Maccabees' 30 first-half points.

Stevens scored the first basket of the second half on a jumper by freshman guard Waleed Farid (Woodside, N.Y./Stuyvesant) to cut the Yeshiva lead to 30-24.  The Maccabees used a 20-4 run over the next ten minutes to extend their lead to 50-28.  Sophomore center Harel Vatavu had eight points including a pair of 3-pointers during that stretch.

Stevens did not have a double-digit scorer in the game.  Farid finished with nine points while junior guard Isaac Moore (Phoenix, Ariz./Moon Valley) pulled down a game-high nine rebounds.

The Ducks are back in action on Thursday, Feb. 17, when they host St. Joseph's-Patchogue in a Skyline Conference game beginning at 8 p.m.
