LIVE STREAMHOBOKEN, N.J. (November 21, 2014) – Fresh off a 1-1 trip to last weekend's DeSales Tip Off, the Stevens Institute of Technology women's basketball team will tip-off the home portion of its schedule tomorrow against Brooklyn College (1-1). 
Game time is set for 1 p.m. in Canavan Arena. 
MEET THE DUCKS Junior 
Kaitlyn Astel leads Stevens so far this season with 13.0 points per game while junior 
Dylan Krause is second with 10.5. Krause has also been a force in the paint with 9.5 rebounds a game followed closely by sophomore 
Brittany Washington and freshman 
Megan Brown at 7.5 boards per game. 
As a team, the Ducks have outrebounded both their opponents this season by a combined 96-81 margin. 
STEVENS SPOTLIGHT Astel has had a solid start to her junior campaign highlighted by an 18 point, eight rebound performance in Sunday's win against Arcadia University. The Stevens captain is shooting 40 percent from the field and is averaging one assist per game.   
SCOUTING BROOKLYN Through two games, Brooklyn has three players averaging double figures in points in seniors Megan Campbell, Nicole Francomano, and Vanessa D'Ambrosi. Senior Asia Foster is the Bulldogs rebound leader at 10.5 boards per game, while Francomano is the team's assist leader at 4.5 per game. 
HOME COOKING The Ducks have won three of their last five home openers including a 10-point victory a season ago against SUNY New Paltz. Stevens is 10-3 in its last 13 games at Canavan Arena. 
RIVALRY RENEWED Stevens and Brooklyn have met three times since 2010 with the Ducks holding the slight 2-1 edge. In each contest, the winner has come away with a double-digit win. 
CUNYAC CROSSOVER Since 2009, the Ducks are 6-3 against CUNYAC opponents with three of those games coming against Brooklyn.
