HOBOKEN, N.J. (May 5, 2016) – Avenging a 17-15 setback last Saturday, the Stevens Institute of Technology men's lacrosse team will be facing No. 1 Ithaca College Saturday.

HOW THEY GOT HERE
Stevens survived a 13 goal second half by Nazareth College to win 21-18, while the Bombers topped No. 4 seed St. John Fisher College 17-6.

Matt Ferentini recorded his 100th career goal in the victory yesterday. Ferentini joined Scrutchfield, who hit the century mark against Trinity College earlier this year as the two newest members of the 100 goal club.
O'SHEA CAN YOU SEE
Senior
Connor O'Shea netted his fifth hat trick of the season against Nazareth, and became the fourth Duck to hit the 50 point mark this season.
GREAT WHITE
Despite allowing 18 goals, freshman goalie
Carson White tied his career high with 15 saves, including six in the pivotal fourth quarter.
PERFECT TIMING
Junior defender
Chris Contino picked the perfect time for his first career goal, as it stopped Nazareth's fourth quarter comeback briefly. With a man down, Contino lobbed a shot from behind midfield and caught the goalie out of position.
HUMAN VACUUM
Senior
Brett Incollingo won 19 faceoffs while scooping up a season-high 14 ground balls on Wednesday. In two games against Nazareth, Incollingo was 35-of-64 on draws with 24 ground balls.
40/40 CLUB
Scrutchfield and Ferentini each went over the 40 goal plateau in Wednesday's victory, and lead the squad with 42 and 41 goals respectively.
