ANNVILLE, Pa. (March 20, 2023) – Junior Christian Kreiser of the Stevens Institute of Technology Baseball team was named Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

The award is the second weekly accolade of the season for the Palmyra, Pennsylvania native.

Krieser went 8-for-12 with a homer and nine RBI in a 4-0 week for the Ducks. Against nationally-ranked Denison in the Snowbird Baseball Classic, the junior went 3-for-3 with two doubles and a pair of RBI. This past weekend  against King's (PA), he went 5-for-6 with a homer, two doubles and six RBI in a doubleheader sweep of their conference foe.

Up Next: Originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon, the teams will instead wrap up their three-game series today in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and links for live stats and video are posted to StevensDucks.com.
