Waynesboro, Pa. – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's golf team posted a team round of 308 (+20) on Day One at the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic.

The Ducks finished the day in 10th place, seven shots clear of 11th and six back of 9th. McDaniel (-1, 287), Gettysburg 'A' (+2, 290), Gettysburg 'B' (+5, +293), and Dickinson (+6, 294) were the top four.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First-year Bryce Karty was the low man for the Ducks Saturday, carding a one-over 73 that left him tied for 14th, including a one-under front nine that featured three birdies.

Junior Sebastian Beaver parred every hole on the front nine, finishing his day with a four-over 76, tying him for 32nd.

Junior Arav Tank birdied the par-four 15^th and made par on 10 other holes, finishing his day with a 79 (+7), finishing in a tie for 48th

First-years Udyat Sarangdevot (+8, 80, T-55) and Jack Harris (+10, 82, T-69) rounded out the quintet of Ducks competing.

Sarangdevot birdied his first hole of the day, going out with a two-over 38 on the front nine. Harris birdied the par-three 10^th and par-three 17^th, coming in with a one-over 37 on the back nine.
