Men's Lacrosse's Creamer, Lesizza, Pergola, Robertozzi Selected Academic All-MAC

ANNVILLE, Pa. – Stevens Institute of Technology men's lacrosse student-athletes Bryan Creamer, Luke Lesizza, Matthew Pergola, and Tommy Robertozzi were all named Academic All-MAC by the Middle Atlantic Conference office Wednesday.

The Academic All-MAC teams are based off semester grade-point averages (GPA) for the semester of their championship season. The minimum GPA required is a 3.20, and the student-athlete must remain an eligible member of the team through the conclusion of the season. Voting for this award is based on 50% academic excellence and 50% athletic prowess.

Creamer, named a Scholar All-America by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) just last week, adds his third career conference academic honor to a postseason honors/awards haul that includes First Team All-Conference, USILA Honorable Mention All-America, and USA Lacrosse Magazine Third Team All-America. The Saddle River native ranked among the Top 12 of all MAC Freedom players in both ground balls and caused turnovers per game.

Lesizza joined Creamer as USILA Honorable Mention All-America and an All-MAC Freedom First Team selection. The reigning two-time conference Defenseman of the Year continued to be a thorn in the side of opponents in and out of conference this season. The rising senior from Fairfield, Conn., averaged just under two caused turnovers and slightly more than two ground balls per game. He finished the season with 43 ground balls and 32 caused turnovers, surpassing 100 career caused turnovers in the process. Lesizza forced at least two turnovers in 12 games and recorded 10 games with at least two ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Named USILA Honorable Mention All-America, All-MAC Freedom First Team, and MAC Freedom Attacker of the Year for a third straight season, Pergola adds a second career year-end academic honor from the conference. The rising senior from Nutley, N.J., delivered his third consecutive 50-goal season in 2025, finishing with 55 goals and a career-high 25 assists.. He ranked third in the MAC Freedom in goals per game (2.86) and fifth in points per game (4.00). In the MAC Freedom Semifinals win over Misericordia, he posted a season-high nine points, netting five goals and dishing out four assists.

Entering the season with 20 goals and 34 points across 35 games in 2023 and 2024, Robertozzi had a breakout season in 2025, scoring 56 goals and totaling 80 points. He notched at least four points in nine regular-season games, then tallied 15 more in two MAC Freedom Tournament contests, scoring 10 goals. In the regular season finale against Lebanon Valley and conference title game against DeSales, Robertozzi scored six goals in each game, adding four assists for a grand total of 16 points across the two performances.
