HOBOKEN, N.J. (February 16, 2016) – The No. 6 Stevens Institute of Technology men's volleyball team (8-3, 1-2 UVC) hopes to get back to its winning ways when they take on No. 8 New York University Wednesday.

WEEKEND REWINDThe Ducks dropped a pair of United Volleyball Conference matches on Sunday, falling to No. 4 Nazareth College in four sets before losing in five sets to SUNY-New Paltz.
MILESTONE REACHEDSenior
Tim Ferriter eclipsed the 1,000 kill mark for his career against New Paltz. Ferriter was an All-American his first two seasons at New Paltz, before transferring to Stevens last season.
SEEING VIOLETNYU comes into the contest with a 5-5 overall record and are 2-0 in the UVC. Last weekend, the Violets won a pair of five set matches against the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Elmira College. Nick Benson leads NYU with 122 kills and Derrick Chiu has handed out 375 assists.

Chris Vaughan have each slammed home over 100 kills, and both are at the top of the dig column.
ACES WILDVaughan and Ferriter have combined for 24 service aces thus far, with both averaging over .35 aces per set.

Jacob Patterson is averaging nearly 10 assists per set.

Thomas Burrell have been forces at the net for the Ducks. Burrell has notched 34.0 total blocks, including a career-best 12.0 against Vassar College last week. Bennett is right behind him with 30.0.
