HOBOKEN, N.J. (March 25, 2016) – After dropping its second game of the season earlier in the week, the No. 12 Stevens Institute of Technology men's lacrosse team hosts Alfred University Saturday.

Faceoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the DeBaun Athletic Complex.

LAST TIME OUT
The Ducks fell to Bowdoin College 11-7 on Tuesday in Clermont, Fla. Stevens fell to 6-2 with the setback.

SAXON REPORT
The Saxons are riding a four-game winning streak and are 6-1 on the season. It is the Empire 8 Conference opener for both sides. The Ducks fell to Alfred 13-12 last season at Alfred.

GOIN' UP
The Ducks went 2-for-3 with the man advantage against Bowdoin, as seniors Andrew Scrutchfield and Matt Ferentini provided the man-up tallies.

DE-FENSE
Last Saturday against Haverford College, the defensive unit allowed just two goals and forced 17 turnovers.

SENIOR LEADERS
Three seniors; Ferentini, Scrutchfield and Connor O'Shea accounted for six of the squads seven goals against Bowdoin. Sophomore John Boutureira accounted for the other marker.

X MARKS THE SPOT
In six games this season, senior Brett Incollingo is 40-of-63 on faceoffs, including an impressive 20-for-31 over his last two games.

TURN 'EM OVER
Senior Tim Fair leads the defense with 20 caused turnovers, including a season-high six against Bowdoin. Behind him, juniors Jan Schoonen and Jake Krantz are tied second with nine.
