HOBOKEN, N.J. (March 3, 2016) – The No. 5 Stevens Institute of Technology men's volleyball team goes on the road to take on No. 8 Elmira College and Bard College Saturday.
MATCH DETAILSThe Ducks will play the latter two matches of the day, taking on Elmira at 1:30 p.m. and host Bard at 4 p.m. Stevens will return home Sunday to play UC-Santa Cruz at 1:30 p.m.
LAST TIME OUTDespite falling behind two sets to one, the Ducks rallied back to top No. 13 New York University in five sets Wednesday. Senior
Tim Ferriter led the way with 18 kills and 10 digs.
BACK-TO-BACK-TO-BACK Sophomore
Thomas Burrell staged his own block party, recording back-to-back-to-back double blocks in the second set. Burrell teamed up with Ferriter for a pair, and senior
John Eddins for the other.

1,000 ASSISTSSenior
John Eddins became the eighth player in program history to hand out 1,000 career assists during the match on Wednesday.
CLOSING INSenior
Chris Vaughan is one dig away from 100 on the season and is 11 from 400 in his career. Vaughan suited up as a libero in the National Championship match last spring.
TIM TIMEFerriter picked the perfect time to record his first double-double of the year. He hit .325 while also serving up three aces.
ELMIRA REPORTThe Soaring Eagles come into the match with a 16-4 record, and 1-2 in the United Volleyball Conference. They were swept by NYU and MIT in the first UVC cross-over, before topping Penn State-Behrend in straight sets.
BARD RECAPThe Raptors are 3-13, and 0-4 in the UVC. They are led by Alex Adams 107 kills while Kai Bernier-Chen has handed out 211 assists.
