HOBOKEN, N.J. (April 12, 2016) – The No. 23 Stevens Institute of Technology men's tennis team (9-7) will host New York University Wednesday in the annual installment of the Hudson River rivalry.

RIVALRY RENEWEDWednesday's matchup will be the fifth in as many season between Stevens and NYU, and eighth in the last nine. The only time the matchup didn't occur was due to a rain-out in 2011.
SEE-SAWBoth teams have alternated wins in the rivalry since 2012, with the Ducks getting the latest win in the form of a 7-2 victory last season. In the two matchups prior, the winning team has won 5-4.
BEN A GOOD SEASONSenior
Ben Foran is the Ducks overall wins leader this spring with 18 victories, 11 of which have come at doubles.
MATTY-HHeinrich has been the Ducks singles ace this season, leading the team with eight wins all from the No. 1 spot.
DEFEND THE POINTStevens is 4-1 in its last five matches in Hoboken.
HEATING UPPolk is riding a three-match win streak with last weekend's three-set victory over Kit Sanderson of Skidmore.
DOMINANT DOUBLES In each of the last four matches against NYU, Stevens has held the advantage coming out of doubles.
