WEST POINT, N.Y. (January 18, 2020) – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's fencing team kept their perfect season alive in thrilling fashion, knocking off six different teams to finish 6-0 at the Army Invitational Saturday.
The Ducks got their stiffest test of the season thus far against Cleveland State in the final bout of the day, but were able to pull out the 14-13 victory when sophomore
Andy Faubert landed a touch at epee to break a 13-13 tie and improve Stevens' record to a perfect 25-0.
As a team, Stevens got double-digit victories from sophomores
Noah Ehrlich,
Logan Rechler and
Vaughn Rice as well as eight wins each from sophomore
