LITITZ, Pa. – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's golf team finished sixth at the Franklin & Marshall Spring Invitational on Monday. The Ducks were just one shot back of fifth, two clear of seventh, and at least five shots clear of every other team.
The Ducks shot +13, one back of Drew. Millersville took the top spot at -3, posting the top two individual scores out of 65 total.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Sebastian Beaver was the top finisher for the Ducks, carding a one-under 70, good for seventh overall. Beaver played the back nine at -4, including an eagle on the par-4 17th.
Arav Tank was one of nine competitors to shoot two-over, tying for 15th. Tank shot +1 on both the front and back nine, notching birdies on the ninth and 15th holes, as well as an eagle on 18.
Maxime Debets shot a five-over 76, notching birdies on the 12th, 16th, and 18th as part of a +1 back-nine performance.
Ben Slicker and
Dillon Kim both finished at +7, each making birdie on the eighth, with Slickeer adding a birdie at 14 as part of a back nine he finished at even par.
