HOBOKEN, N.J. (January 19, 2016) – After suffering setbacks to Johns Hopkins University Saturday, the Stevens Institute of Technology swimming teams are back in action Wednesday against The College of New Jersey.

10 EACHEarlier this season, head coach
Brad Thornton recorded his 10th victory at the helm of both the men's and women's program. His 10 wins on the men's side tie him for the second most in program history.
WOMEN VS HOPKINSThe women's team dropped a 157-97 decision to JHU Saturday. Senior
Elizabeth Heinbach finished placed second in the 1,000-yard freestyle, before grabbing third place in both the 500-free and 200-butterfly.
MEN'S RECAPThe men's team fell 151-103 to Hopkins Saturday, evening the dual meet record at 1-1. Senior
Ravi Sun was the Ducks top performer, taking home first place in the 100-yard backstroke, the 200-backstroke and the 200-yard IM.
BUSY B'SThe Ducks have had several members reach NCAA "B" cut times thus far this year. On the women's side, sophomore
Sarah Jurczyk had nabbed a B cut time in the both the 100 and 200-yard butterfly, while 800-freestyle relay team also reached the B cut mark.
All five men's relay teams have hit the B cut mark, while both freshman
Sam Fuller and sophomore
Connor Harrigan hit in the 1,650-freestyle. Sun has B cut times in three different events, with classmate
Joshua Lefeber notching one in the 400-yard IM. Sophomore
David Duque and junior
Austen Young round out the B cut qualifiers in the 100-breast and 100-fly respectively.
