Swim Programs Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors

Hoboken, N.J. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced its Spring 2026 academic awards Wednesday, with the Stevens Institute of Technology men's and women's swimming teams each earning recognition for their performance in the classroom.

The women's team posted a 3.66 GPA, while the men's team recorded a 3.52 GPA. Both programs were among 714 teams nationwide to earn a team GPA of 3.00 or higher, qualifying for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings. In total, 16,680 student-athletes received Scholar All-America recognition for their outstanding academic achievements.

"This recognition celebrates the remarkable commitment these student-athletes make to excellence both in the classroom and in competition," said CSCAA Executive Director Samantha Barany. "The 714 teams honored this spring represent the very best of collegiate swimming and diving, demonstrating that academic success and athletic achievement go hand in hand. We congratulate every student-athlete, coach, and institution recognized."

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college swimming and diving coaches. The organization's mission is to advance the sport through leadership, advocacy and professional development for coaches across all levels of collegiate athletics.
