Score: No. 5 Johns Hopkins University-172, No. 13 Stevens Institute of Technology-90
Location: Schaefer Center Pool-Hoboken, N.J.
Short Story: The No. 13 Stevens Institute of Technology men's swimming team earned three first-place finishes, but fell to No. 5 Johns Hopkins, 172-90, at the Schaefer Center Pool Saturday afternoon.
Also of note: Before the meet, seven student-athletes were honored as the men's swimming Class of 2017.

Top Finishers

Junior Ethan Gehenio nabbed the team's first win of the afternoon, beating the field in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 53.84 seconds.
Gehenio earned his second win of the day with a victory in the 10-yard freestyle, narrowly outtouching Patrick Flynn at the wall.
Senior Austen Young continued his strong individual season, picking up a victory in the 100-yard butterfly outtouching sophomore Vincent Tavoletti at the wall.
Gehenio, Young, Tavoletti teamed with sophomore Christopher Ludeke to earn a second-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay, narrowly missing a victory in the event by less than five-hundredths-of-a-second.
Senior Spenser Swanton earned four points for the Ducks with a second-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle.
Sophomore Sam Fuller earned a second-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke.
Freshman Tyler Zanki picked up four points by finishing second in the 200-yard breaststroke race and senior William Arnott grabbed second in the 500-yard freestyle race.
